Birdon farewelled the Manning on Friday last week. Over the past few months we have been performing maintenance work on two fuel barges, Macleay and Manning, operated by Serco Defence on behalf of the Royal Australian Navy. At up to 64 metres long, these are two of the largest vessels we have docked at our Port Macquarie shipyard. A big project and a job very well done by our team.
